Arancino is a special rice ball from Sicily. It is enjoyed as a snack, appetizer, or the perfect lunch at the beach. You’ll find it everywhere in Sicily, at any time of day or year, always served hot and fragrant at shops, delis, and restaurants. There are around 100 variations on the arancino: different sizes, shapes, and fillings. Chef Maria will highlight the two timeless classics: the first with prosciutto and the second one with eggplants. Which will be your favorite?
