Join our membership so you can attend this special event! All Italy lovers are welcome!

Join us for a private cooking class and dinner with Chef Ivo Rossi, designed to inspire your heart and your appetite. We will prepare and enjoy four different types of pasta sauce: carbonara, arrabbiata, amatriciana, and puttanesca. These sauces are perfect companions to spaghetti so, after the class, we'll sit together and have a "spaghettata" (spaghetti dinner) together.

Bring: Please bring a bottle of wine to share while cooking and/or salad to enjoy with your meal.

Address: Event will take place at a private home in Ala Moana area. Registered members will receive an email with address and directions prior to the event.

Parking: Abundant free street parking in Ala Moana shopping center. 

Safety policy: All participants will comply with the latest guidance for group gatherings, and show vaccination card or proof of a negative test within 48 hours.and ID at check-in, as requested by the property owners.
