Join a panel of members to learn more about investing in Italy. This is a follow-up presentation to the previous talks on buying property and living in Italy. More we know, more questions we have! Drawing from their direct experiences and finance backgrounds, the new panelists will share clear tips and address some money-related questions that have emerged within our society. First, they will start with a financial overview in Italy--from investment options to transferring money, opening a bank account, working remotely, retiring efficiently from the US, studying in all sorts of courses, paying taxes, receiving health coverage, and key assistants along the way. Second, they will delve into short- and long-term rentals, including financial considerations and useful tips. Finally, they will untackle buying properties, namely the step-by-step costs of negotiating, purchasing, maintaining, and remodeling properties. Location: Zoom. Two of our speakers will be connecting from Lake Como and Milan. RSVP by May 19: Registered guests will receive a unique Zoom link.
