Celebrate the holiday season with a cooking class, followed by dinner, with our Chef Ivo Rossi. Together, we will make two versions of polenta, two sauces, and a pastry cream to embellish a Pandoro, the traditional Christmas cake in Italy. Then we will enjoy our creations over dinner. Buon Natale e Capodanno!

Bring: Please bring a bottle of wine or appetizer, to share while cooking.

Address: Event will take place at a private home in Kaneohe, just at the end of Likelike. Registered members will receive an email with address and directions prior to the event.

Parking: Abundant free street parking in residual neighborhood.

Safety policy: All guests will comply with the latest guidance for group gatherings, and are required to be vaccinated, as requested by the house owners. Please remember your vaccination card--guests arriving without it will not be allowed to enter.
