Please join us for our annual meeting! At least 50 members will need to be present to confirm our board for the upcoming year, so please join us. The meeting per se will take 30 minutes only and then we will open the floor to questions and conversations. 

We will share a quick update and share the results of the ballots (they have been emailed to members, who can vote by May3rd via the link in the email):

• Diane DeSantis, Maya Hoover, David Morihara and Marco Schlesser are nominated for their second, and last, 2-year terms.
• Jim McAluney is nominated for his first 2-year term

No Director shall hold office for more than two consecutive two-year terms.

Please email us if you are interested in joining the board in the future; we always need tech savvy members with local connections who can organize and execute events.

ZOOM: Registered members will receive a unique Zoom link the day prior to the meeting. Please setup your Zoom and familiarize with its features (e.g., join a meeting, configuring audio/video, meeting controls, polling, more topics).
