Join us for a four-course tasting menu with two wine pairings, featuring Sicilian cuisine:
Sarde a Beccafico and Cannoli will be prepared exclusively for the Friends of Italy Society of Hawaii. The dinner also includes two wine pairings; guests can order additional beverages directly with the restaurant (one check per table). Executive Chef Hiroyuki Mimura worked in fine dining in Florence and in 2004 placed 1st in the Entree Competition at La Rotta del Vino Slow Food Contest. Since 2010, he has served as the Executive Chef of Taormina Sicilian Cuisine, where he creates authentic Sicilian dishes and is always happy to talk with guests in Italian.
