Presenter: Dr. Luciano Minerbi grew in his early youth in the Museum Casa Minerbi del Sale, in the Medieval part of the Renaissance city of Ferrara, Italy. Now is a Professor Emeritus of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Hawaii. He specializes in land use, environment, cultural assessment, and sustainability, in Hawaii and the Asia Pacific Region. He consulted for international, national, and local groups and organizations.
